This week, things changed to be a bit more favourable for me. My deferment got approved, and I could start to get things going. One thing though, the Visa application looks like a tough cookie. Lots of paperwork, which I always hated, and lots of money to be paid before I even know if I could get my Visa. Least that I expected to be frank, but I'm not deterred, even if I'm not impressed. One shot, thats all I would make, do or die for this trip.
Workwise, things are just moving towards a slow death for my job. I'm getting less work, cause I cleaned up a lot of my stuff and streamlined a lot of my work, and I'm waiting to hand stuff back to Brian, which means, by then, I have nothing to do. NOTHING! Well, at least my boss gave me some testing work to fling around for two to three weeks. Yes, thats something to do. And a lot of planning and visitation to the US Embassy and hospitals for next week.
No news. NO NEWS! Thats normal for Everton, since we aren't a very rich club for the past ten years. Still, like I said before, at most five players, not more. And thats not including Arteta who I assume will stay at Everton.
